When you join the Hubu waitlist, we collect the following information:

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit your details to the Hubu waitlist and accept this Privacy Policy. This consent covers both service communications (waitlist confirmation, launch updates) and marketing communications (wellness content, feature announcements, event invitations). You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing info@hubu.africa.
Your data is stored securely in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1 region). We apply the following security measures:
We retain your waitlist data until you request deletion or until 24 months after the Hubu platform launches, whichever comes first. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 14 days.

The Hubu landing page does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising trackers. This may change when the full platform launches, at which point we will update this policy and seek your consent where required.
